The Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie is in the main square of the town of Campi Salentina and was built in the late 16th Century. Ambrogio Martinelli di Copertino sculpted the final portal of the main façade in 1658. The lintel is supported by four Baroque pillars decorated with vine leaves and bunches of grapes in an intricate spiral pattern. In the middle of the lintel stands the statue of the Madonna della Grazie, to which the mother church is dedicated, while a beautiful central rose window stands out in the background and two side doors date to 1701.
